How are cylinders numbered? Hopefully this is a simple question! I have a 2004 Civic LX coupe and I am about to adjust the valves. I just want to make sure I do them in the correct order, so I wanted to clarify how the cylinders are numbered. Is cylinder number 1 on the passenger side, and cylinder number 4 on the driver side? Thanks! |
Re: How are cylinders numbered? Looking down at the bay 4-3-2-1. Number one is on the driver's side. |
Re: How are cylinders numbered? yep..1-4 starting at the timing belt (front of the engine/driver-side of the car) |
