DIY install sticker Now that the little stickers are getting through the mail from D (thanks!), it might help some of us for a DIY... yeah I know putting on a sticker sounds easy but to make it look the best and not throw away $5 here's the way I did mine. mods-- if you want to move this over to tech stuff, go for it. Just seems better for more people to see it on General Ramblings:tup: Sticker install |

ok then... well ummm no comment. lol i guess thats coo but i never really figured stickers were difficult to install that they needed their own DIY. i have my shop's stickers on... wasnt too hard and they didnt even come with instructions |
now i can own those air bubbles like mad :) |
Thanx for the DIY. Putting on a sticker isn't really too much trouble, unless it has a lot of curves and the designs don't branch off. |
VINYL, FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!! HOW EASY IS THIS INSTALL?? WHAT HP GAINS DID YOU GET?? LET ME KNOW!! DON'T TAKE ME SERIOUS. ______________________________ FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS DRIVE STOCK |
Now that I have mine on, I'll dyno it at the daytona beach car show tonight:tup: Best $5 I ever spent on my car:) |
oh wait I think they were $6.... |
actually if you put the stickers on correctly, the aerodynamics of your vehicle may improve slightly, giving you an additional -0.000428 air resistance factor. Which approximately will add (still need to dyno it) about 0.000043 HP to 10HP. We are very anxious to know how the dyno testing results will go! |
not ONLY is it another calvin type sticker, its also directionally incorrect ! |
