slight drift...

anyone starting to notice a slight drift to any side when you try to drive on a straight road without your hand on the wheel? bad thing is, i just had my tire pressure checked & rotated, so im pretty sure that it isnt because of my tire pressure... what could be the problem?

HOw long does it take to go in which direction?? I know cars are suppose to start drifting to the right after a while, but if it does it really quickly and all the tirs are of correct pressure, it's probably an alignment problem, take it to get re-aligned.

 WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR HANDS OFF THE WHEEL?!!!

Either alignment or it could be that your wheels need to be balanced, if it started after you rotated the tires.

I have the same experience. Brought it back to the dealer and they said the alignment is fine. They did tell me that it's supposed to drift to the right coz the road is slanting in that direction.

If the car starts to drift drastically when u let go of the wheel, check your alignment. If it's a slight drift, and drifts both left and right at certain times, nothing is wrong.

Sometimes roads are slanted to allow proper drainage when it rains, that way the roads don't get messed up. The best way to check if your car needs to be aligned is to let go of the steering wheel and press on the brakes (make sure your in a safe situation so u dont slam into anyone). If the car starts pullin drastically, you got a problem.

Dont worry, my car drifts slightly all the time, but in my old camry, I could make a full lane change as if i really was turnin the wheel cuz the alignment was sooo messed up.

I have slight drift to the right @ 70mph and up, not bad though, think its supposed to do that. At least if you fall asleep, you prolly won't go into on-coming traffic right?
