Seems like the light might be burnt out. I had the same issue when i bought my altezzas. Goto the dealership, and tell them ur bulb dosen't work, and the will replace it for free (up to 1 year/20,000 KMS). That's what I did. To remove the bulbs, just pull them from their socket. If you are having problems removing one of the taillights, turn quarter-clock wise and pull to remove.

Hope this helps.

You could go to Kmart and get one of those testors that you clip to a ground and stick the tester point in the wire. Turn on the light in quesion, test with the light tester. If the wire has voltage (the tester lights up) then you have a bad bulf or socket.

Be careful what you test with the TestLight ... you can blow some serious stuff up with that thing . for LIGHT CIRCUIT you should be ok .. but i would just spend the couple of bux and replace the bulb , and if that doesnt work bring it back to honda .

ok i think i fixed the problem. it is with the lioghts thta the hazards turn on the bottom part while the break lights turns on the top part. i was wondering if there is a way that i could make the hazards be like break lights and when i want to ues the hazards both of them will blink
