CEL after Race Header installed...

I recently put on a Race Header back on my 06 SI and the dumbass CEL is on. Does anyone know how to bypass this without reflashing the ECU?? I called DC and they told me that they don't have a way yet. I have tried reseting the ECU by disconnecting the Neg side of the battery. It worked for aobut 70 miles and came back on. If anyone can help me with this I would be very greatful. Thanks!

You might just have to keep a pocketscan handy and keep clearing the codes until someone comes up with a fix.

Where would I get the handheld? How much would it run me?
