sea foam after oil change

I just had an oil change and got some seafoam. I've been seeing people using it before and oil change. I put about half a can through the crankcase about 100 miles before and wanted to run some through the vacuum line. Is this safe after an oil change? Or only before? Thanks!

Honda does not recommend it anywhere.
