Idle when I stop at light or when its still
 

Sorry if i dont ise the right words, but I have never fixed a car. My problem is that my 2005 Honda civic idles when i stop at a stoplight or when the car is still. It only does it sometimes. Usaully when i drive it for a while. I went to autozone and they told me it was probably the map sensor. I clean the map senor and changed the air filter. Can anyone help me out ????? Any help is greatly appreciated,

clean the PCV,IACV,EGR and throttle body then perform an idle re-learn procedure.
