Need a help on fuel gauge

I have a urgent question about the fuel gauge of my 98 Honda civic Ex. Most of the time when I push the gas little harder, my fuel gauge would fluctuates obviously (it would move down first and sometimes later it slowly comes back up again.) Maybe the senders in the fuel tank are no longer accurate? It really confuses me of how much fuel that my car actually uses when I drive.

Any suggestions?

Please answer my question by emailing me at zanguangni@gmail.com

Thank you very much.

The only way to truly know if your gauge is accurateis do the following;
when the needle is on the E and your car no longer works.... your have 0 gallons.

^ LOL

I think it's just from the gas sloshing to the back of the tank when you accelerate, making the tank look more full. My old car was the exact same way....the best way I knew I was getting low, was when I went around a medium to hard corner, the engine would sputter. In my new car, it's not that extreme, but if i've been driving for a while and then let the car sit and come back to it, the fuel gauge reads higher than when I left it; it's just cause fuel moves around.
