anyone know of any fuel pressure regulators for an 05 civic ex coupe.

If you replace the fuel pressure regulator, you have to run a returns line. Try doing a search and quit being lazy...

get a universal fpr and run a return fuel system. there is a diy on here in the 7th gen diy section
