2002 Civic: bright instrument panel led light sets?

My car has one turn signal LED that appears to be on the fritz when it's hot in the car ( summer heat ) and the speedometer and tach also bounce up and down and go out completely when it's hot. As a former electronics technician with NASA certified soldering experience, I suspect that there may be some bad solder joints on the panel board. I also don't see any light behind the odometer at the bottom, so it cant be seen at night.

So I'm thinking of replacing all the LED's in the panel and inspecting and perhaps touching up the solder joints too.

Does anyone sell some extra bright instrument panel led light replacement sets that arent budget busters?

Once I get that, I'm thinking of asking my mechanic to pull the instrument panel, then I go over and pick it up and take it home to my lab bench and inspect it and replace the LED's, and return it to him to put back in.
