- Engine/Performance Modifications
- Outsized pilot lowers the center of gravity and provides additional ballast.
- Suspension/Wheel Modifications
- Inertial Force Regulator: i.e. additional weight provided by corpulent driver
- Exterior Modifications
- The actual rear spoiler race tested spoiler from the McLaren MP4/5 in it's British/German GP livery...ie Marlboro isn't written on it.
- Interior Modifications
- I have two dish rags that I place between the seat belt buckle and the center console in order to minimize scuffing.
- I.C.E.
- Have a battery operated boom box with a tape deck in the back. I love my old Grateful Dead tapes and refuse to get these fancy "CD-RWs" and MP33 Head phone stuff. I am a true Luddite.
- Other Modifications
- I purchased the DX-VP's because of the open console. It is perfect for a special adaptation I made that allows easy access to not one but TWO Makarov PMs that are in a customized frame that fits perfectly.
- Future Modifications
- I am attempting to procure the most fantastic of interior materials.
At considerable cost and risk to myself I decided to replace the cloth interior with the skin of the endangered Giant Andes Vampire Bat which known locally as Cuociholte or the "Death Blood Night Bird". This creature can be found only in Peru. The last of Incan Lord's (Atahualpa and later Tupac Inca) attempted to iradicate the bat, the fur and any knowledge of this fine material in order to keep it from the Spanish.
Cuociholte is the softest and most luxuriant texture on earth. Only the fur on the bat's neck is used. I had a pair of pants made of this material and it took nearly 1400 bats although the average individual could probably get away with 800. The pants cost 25,000 US dollars. I do not know how much the interior will run. Do shortages and smuggling risks I may just make the driver's seat or front seat out of Cuociholte.
I am actually leaning towards lining the side bolsters of the seats with Cuociholte and using the cheaper and not endangered Giant Caribbean Vampire Bat fur for the rest of the interior. The fur of the Giant Caribbean Vampire bat can be obtained for cheap in Guyana or Barbados. - Trophies/Awards/Shows Attended
- I won an ice cream eating contest in 1982. I got a high score on the 6th grade standardized social studies and geography test. I got a 100% on the mathematics section of the Illinois Teacher's Certification.
