install/replace springs

i remembered a long time ago i had asked if anybody knew a cheap place where they install/replace springs and someone (i forget...was it nytrider????) mentioned a place for about 45 bucks...where was that place again?..thanks in advance

it was this tinting place in rosemead

another place called pann in SD does it for $50
