DIY: How To Paint Trim Pieces

Okay, it says to "remove the accessor plug trim piece (looks like a cigarette ligheter plug)", maybe I'm just blind but I have no idea what the DIY is talking about. Can somebody please clarify what it's means by the plug trim piece? Thanks!

the plastic piece that is where the cig. lighter would be.

the DIY is pretty confusing at that part...

u have to remove the entire bottom panel where the cig lighter plug is... not the cig plug...

and then inside that is where the bolts are... hopefully that is more clarity
