13" wheel
Can we fit a 13" wheel over our rotors? To my knowlage the smalest stock wheel is 14". Is that right.
If we can, then my only problem would be to find a good sticky tire thats legal for STS. I'm thinking 215/50HR13
that would give me a 13% boost in acceleration rather then the 5% I have now with my 205/50R15's.
Or maybe a short 14" wheel. Hmmmm..... the possibilities.

I ran 14X6 wheels with a +38 offset on some 185/65-14 winter tires on my EX. That is about as small as you can go because the calliper barley clears. It does make a difference in acceleration, I noticed alot.

so? This wouldn't be for street use, just for autocross/trackdays. Dosn't look to be feasible any way.
BF Goodrich came out with a 225/45-14" g-Force drag radial that does exactly what you want for a straight line only
The overall tire diameter is only 22"
If I run across a 14" with a short O.D. like that can go around a corner I'll holla back

Ya, DOT legal compitition compound tires in the smaller sizes are geting hard to find. It use to be you could find a tire with a wear rating of 140 in a 13" wheel. now the smallest size you can find is 15"
I guess Ill stick to my Azenis 205/50-15 till I move on to another class that will let me run R compounds.
thanks for the offer
