yeah 17's look better when the car is lowered but it doesn't look too bad not lowered either. as a matter of fact when a car is lowered it automatically looks more agrressive making it look better regardless of rim size.
i have 17" rims on my ride, no lowering springs, and i think it looks fine. they definatly look a lot better than steel 15's.
i don't think it's a good idea to lower your car till your warranty expires. my car is barely a year old and i just recently had my struts changed for leaking and it was covered by warranty. if i had lowered my car the warranty for my suspension would be void and it would have cost me close to $1000 to have the struts replaced and wheels realigned.

well, whether you decide to lower ur car or not is ur personal pref...
but with stock height (15"), i feel the wind anytime i'm going over 120 km/h on the highway...
with 17" and a higher clearance, you're going to feel that even more...
that's why some ppl on this forum have joked about civic with stock height = "civic suv"...
but yeah, it will void your warranty...

and that pic is with a kit too...
no, it is a matter of personal preference but it just looks off... and you can lower your car even if its leased... just change the springs back before you have to return it unless you plan to buy it back then.... basically just don't do anything irreversible...

If you wanna see 16" on a lowered ride check out my pics with the link in my sig.
I got the 16's because the old man works for Michelin and those $200 a peice tires were free which are...205/40/16's

your car looked pretty good without the drop. it looks a bit better with the drop but not by much. maybe it's the rims? i would have saved the money and kept it stock. what do you have right now? 1.5 or 1.75?
