Parts required for RSX-S brake/suspension swap?
What all parts would be required to do a complete swap of the brakes and suspension from a RSX Type-S into a LX? Also, how much fabrication would be required? Would it be worth it? Thanks for looking.

Search "Rear disc conversion", We go through this every week, or PM DC5@EM2.. he has an entire ITR suspension is his car. There's someone who has a set of DC5 Tein Flex coilovers, it all bolts in. Just buy a wrecked RSX and pull everything attached to the suspension off of the car.

So everything should just bolt up? I mean the WHOLE braking system, will I need the master cylinder too? Any pictures/info of your swap would be greatly appriciated when your done.

I haven't done it. Nowhere in what I said did I claim to have done it. I gave you the screen name of someone who did. PM him. If you have RSX hubs and spindles, then the RSX brakes will fit, you will also need atleast 16" wheels. The lower control arms of the Civic are the same as the RSX ones, the RSX struts and springs are stiffer, but they fit into the Civic with minimal modification (I think I remember one of the holes needing to be enlarged), and all the geometry is the same. Search for brake conversion... there are parts lists posted...
Worth it? I dunno... let me think.
For the front, you must have RSX front axles and they are not cheap. In fact, you'll be spending well over $1,000 for both of them. I learned that the axles from an Si hatch actually cost more than the ones from an RSX but I could probably guess why.
I feel this would only be worth it if you want to run a serious braking set-up for your car since upgrading the RSX brakes would offer better results but that's even more money but only worth it if you're serious. However you could still have great brakes overall if you put your money into what you already have. I would rather get the rear disc brakes from a new Si and/or run a big brake set-up in the front. It would be very cost efficient compared to doing a complete conversion. SSBC has a rear disc brake conversion providing your car is wearing 16 inch rims or larger.
On the other hand, your LX does not have ABS and unfortunately, I dunno how that goes into play but I'm sure it would still work.

Oh yeah, as for springs, you need the RSX tie rod ends for your stock tie rod. That's all there is to it. Doing the springs/struts is easier than the brakes. The rear is easy, the front is a lil different.

You can use 15s for the Si... because the Si comes stock with 15s.
I forgot to mention, you need the RSX intermediate driveshaft with the rest of the front axles but there's nowhere it's gonna fit without having a K-engine under the hood.
