Congrats on your purchase. I see one of those around my area all the time. I thought it was a custom paint job, didnt realize it was factory. I also traded in my civic...It will be gone on saturday...but I got $10,300 for my 2001 civic ex 5 speed. I guess it depends on the dealer you goto....and how bad they want you to buy their car.

I wanted to trade in my car for something faster... then i was going to do an engine swap. but now ive decided to get a street bike insted, and leave my car the way it is. Im going to get a 01 honda CBR F4i or a 01 yamaha R6

First mod should be a BIGGER INTERCOOLER.... that little diesel intercooler isn't going to work worth a damn with an upgraded turbo. It sounds like the effort was there, but its a hodge-podge turbo kit, and the engine still has stock internals. I'm sure the suspension makes up for it.

I want to get an intake first, but there isn't any out there yet. Injen suppose to release one soon. I heard people just increase the boost on stock internal without any modification. But I will do that once the warranty is gone

nice car...the mazda are getting more sportier and the honda is getting more family car feel.....great job honda

yes. finally somebody else who sees the beauty of the jetta 1.8T. 180 hp and 174 torque. and all that torque at a low 2000 rpms. ahh i can't wait for the 04 to come out so i can trade up for something worth driving.
