O2 simulater for Kamikaze header
I want to instale my header but my check engine like will be on if i do because their is no cat on the header (LX). So the engine will be reading that the motor is running rich. So will the O2 simulater fix this problem? and were cani get one from? Also will I have to splice the wire and solder it or will it come with the connector (plug and play).

i have the same problem right now..yes the o2 sim should be fine but for some reason but doesn't work..taking it back to shop soon or i might just buy the Apex-i V-tec controller instead.
why does everyone want to take the easy way out, if you are really looking to do stuff to your car you are going to want a real reading from the o2 sensor, there are long term affect to not getting a real reading plus its illegal and if they do their job when you take it for emissions when the exempt sticker runs out you will get caught and be forced to do it right anyways.

You gotta go what you gotta do for horsepower gains
Kamikaze-- "Win at any cost..."
Yes I know, win at any cost.... thats the header I have as well. I however plan to do far more to my car and need everything to be working right, the o2 sensor included, thats why I bought the high flow cat and had the second o2 sensor welded behind that. no check engine light and everything works as it should.
VTEC01, yeah I'm up in denver and the denver area all the time. I'm going to vandamir in a few weeks, you should come. I'll be putting in a nitrous set up in a week or so and testing that out along with everything else, drop me a line on the little message thing on this site or something.
