Question so many choices, what to choose??

Okay i know that this is a topic that seems to be posted all the time
so now i am going to do it also
I have about $1900 to spend on suspension, and i dont know which to choose
everyone says good or bad about the types i am hoping to get some good feedback
from this

Anyways I am looking at Tein, B+G, JIC(RSX kit), or waiting for cup kit.
I would like to slam(as low as i can) my ride on 17s, but also have a nice ride
for auto x'ing
please help everyone
thank you

Teins only let you drop around 2" so that wouldn't be too low and the cup kit is around the same. The B&Gs are good but JICs would be better. They will run you about $1600, plus camber kit and alignment will run you about $1800 installed. that pretty much takes all you have. If you want other stuff too then get B&Gs for about $1000,Strut bars for about $400, and Progress sway bars for about $400, and don't forget the camber kit and alignment!! That should stiffen things up.

Remember, even in autocrossing there is such a thing as to low. IF the car is so low that the suspension no longer has enough travel then it wont matter what shocks/springs you have, it will ride/handle like krap.

Oh ya, with autocross you typically want as small of a wheel/tire combo as you can fit. I'm Running 15X6.5 wheels with a 205/50R15 tire on the track. on the street I have my 17X7 wheels with 205/40/ZR17's

As far as the shock/springs you listed (Tein, B+G, JIC(RSX kit), and the H&R cup kit.) The JIC would probably be the best. Personally I'm waiting for the cup kit.

Good luck spending your $$$$
