im not buying the frontier anymore.. i am selling my car cause i have no job to afford it. so if i get a job before i sell it then i am keeping the car.. and as far as the truck.. once i save up enough money i am keeping the civic and buying an older truck like a ranger and doing it prerunner style.. but thats in my dreams with another job of course..

Nah nah dont slam a ranger. You gotta get it lifted with some Froadin Tires. SLap on a few Skin Stickers and maybe a Volcom sticker. Then when you drive make sure you wear a hat with a flipped up brim and drive with one hand. Ooo how can i forget the white sun glasses.
Its not like lifting a civic...
Rangers look NICE lifted, the s-10 with the z something package are lifted stock and look damn good too...
Tacoma Prerunners look good....
Ill stop there...
YOU SHOULD NEVER LOWER A TRUCK! I think thats just wrong!

This may be my redneck side coming out, but I would SO go for the truck if you can afford it. The main reason I got my vic was because it was economical. I went from having a '97 Z71 w/ a 4 1/2" lift (only got about 15-20 mpg though) to the Civic. Don't get me wrong, I love my car, but if there were a choice, I would take the truck in a heartbeat.

......so how's the nissan frontier (was it?) shopping going? is the tacoma around the same price?
if you're going for practicality/economy, then, definitely stay with the civic.....don't go spending buttloads on mods, though
