ya they should fit, you can either use the SI's or the RSX's.. might have to do a few mods tho.
aswzero has tein flex's for the rsx on his civic. he had to a few mods to get it to fit. now i heard tein offers a kit so that you can make it fit on the civic without any mods. i think it included a new lower rear bracket thing, and also new tie rods.
em2guy just got rsx struts for his rear, all he had to do was shave 1mm off each side on the lower bracket thing.
the front, only problem is the tie rod which is an alignment issue. not sure how you can solve it, maybe get rsx tie rod ends?
i can tell you that jic most likely wont be coming out with a civic application tho.
