Well it has been 1 yr with the Civic and i have lost interest in it now...
I've realized that too much money was spent on the car and it's time to concentrate on school only. Long story short, i want to trade in my car for an rsx w/ leather interior. (More luxurious ) I'm not really sure if i can get the rsx... if i can't trade it in then i will force my brother to drive the civic! haha

(Great condition with a scratch on the bottom right which was painted with touch-up paint.)

(Perfect condition. RS emblem was painted silver, but i'll repaint it red if you want.)

· Wings West G5 Side Skirts Polyurethane painted SSM- $200 SOLD to HippiBoy
(Great Condition. Right side skirt has a small piece of paint peeling off, but i will refer you to a body shop that will paint it for less than a bill.)

· Wings West G5 Rear Skirt Polyurethane painted SSM- $150 - SOLD to Jeff
(Great condition. There is a paint crack mark about 4" long, but the rear valence itself is not damaged or cracked.)

It's sad to let everything go, but i drive quite a lot everyday and the civic is too uncomfortable for me. I will probably trade-in my car in a year or less....depending on how things go.

nooooo alex noooo haha its okay i realized as well that i wasted way too much money on my civic and i need to start spending money on myself haha...i might sell my g2 mufflers for cheap, i might just pop out my dent in my front bumper and sell my body kit...i seriously dont wanna waste anymore money on my car, its fun, and if i made close to six figured a year id do it...but i work at pizza hut, i barely have enough money for gas and i have to save up 800 to paint and install my body kit...so iono i see where your coming from...i shoulda just gotten a toyota echo hahaha just kidding

hey alex (sorry, everything i wanted was already sold ), hehe, it's true you probably spent too much money on the civic--i'll find out the hard way, too--but c'mon, you go out and buy a car like an RSX and how long before you say, that needs an intake, and exhaust, a body kit.....? . i'm KIIIINDA serious, unless you're REALLY set to stop spending money on cars, you're gonna end up fixing it up. lol. might as well buy an old-lady-car or something that's just asking not to be modded (get a jetta . that'll attract....the guys). anyway, good luck. your car was awesome. now EVERYone has a piece of alex with them wherever they go ---well, just the people that bought his stuff

You have a good point.

I'm leaning towards the base auto w/ leather (all luxury). I'm sure that if i had stick i'd drop so much money into the engine, but auto should refrain me from spending money. Unlike the D17 motor, the K-series motors are extremely responsive to mods so i might actually buy an I/H/E. Lowering? No.. unless i go for a full Tein/B&G system. Body Kit? Nah... at the most OEM.

I basically want a luxury car with a little more go than the Civic. Not to mention the RSX is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much more comfortable (seat/seating position) than the Civic. I'm not hating on the Civic; I'm saying that the RSX suits me better.

Anyway, now everyone does have a part of me.. be like Jeff and sport it with pride!!! .

Jettas can be modded and not look girly. My friend with has a 2001 wolfsburg edition with a GTi front end swap with a boser hood. Looks pretty aggressive and before that he had the Oettinger Lip kits all the way around. Any car is girly until you mod it.

exactly... there are 2 turbo jettas here at UCR... one is white with a kit all around, lowered on some hyperblack rims with a polished lip, and some red sparcos inside... pretty nice...

the other is a black one, i haven't seen it lately but i know it has turbo cuz i hear the bov...

ok, i retract my statement.....sooooooooorry . anyway, you gotta admit, it takes a lot more money to make a jetta look, ummmm, "manly" . but yeah, you're right; it's possible, i've seen a modded one i think at least once. hehe, hey alex, get a jetta. prove me wrong
