i think this is a good deal. How did you get a new one? recently? kbb lists this vehicle at $12,790 if it has 10 miles on it.

Yeah, I was very pleased with the deal I got. I didn't get it recently. I got it in October of 2001. I was just curious if anyone else got a good deal. I was reading up on Civic's, and some people paid like 19,000...for a Civic....I don't think so. :-)

where did you buy it? what is your technique? most honda dealers dont need to go more than a hundred below sticker.

1st honda---01 EX coupe 5 speed. $15,200 with $4,000 down, a 4.9% APR and 270 mo. for 48 months.

2nd honda---02 SI HB. $15,700 with 01 EX as trade. 1.9% APR and $339 mo. for 48 months. I owed $8,000 on my 01 EX I traded in and I got 10,000 traded in. It was a crappy tradedin price, but that was because I had wrecked the coupe and did a lot of damage.

All and all, I'm happy with my EP.

Honda EX with 5 speed, no side air bags, but with floor mats, fog lights, alarm, but kept the steel and plastic wheels. Got it for 15900, and paid 2.9 intetest. Got it 3 days after the 9/11 bombing. They had not sold a car for a week and I needed one to drive home, since there was no way I was flying.

All in all, the best deal on the best car I ever got.
