U guys think it's a good deal? A guys selling 17" silver konig verdicts with rubber 75% tread left with no receipts for $675, the rims are mint!

How are the rims mint if there's tires on them and the tires have been used? Did he mount used tires on new rims? Cuz in order to be "mint" they would have to be totally unused. But if they're like new, then 675 sounds ok.
