When I was researching, Rota has their sub-zeros in black with polished lip(18's i think). Modacar has them. Good luck.

Hey slam2k1civic is selling a set of 19" racing hart c-2 with tires fully polish 5wheels and 4 tires for like $2200 shipped. The rims and tires look new.
