Those are also the stock tail lights on teh JDM Hybrid. You can just get in contact with any eastern asian honda dealership and request a price for a set of them. Should run you around 330 bucks with shipping.
BTW - thats all i know. I got a set a while back but i dont have the contact info anymore.

Just get some red trasparent vinyl or pinat of the the bottom reflector section.

Those are a little different than the 2003 Hybrid's tail lights. When you look at it, you can see the thai one is not that much red color part as the hybird one. and so the turning light stay yellow color and is not red.

Actually, I'm getting a pair fitted to my 2001 sedan tomorrow at Honda Thailand.
I was suprised when they told me they were only $88 a pair fitted.
I'm also getting a new dash insert via one of there technicians.
They can be ordered on-line through Honda Singapore, but twice the price as in Thailand plus shipping.
I will post a pic of my re-styled civic this weekend.

Finally got mine fitted on Tuesday for only $88 US. They look cool and really change the girlish look of the civic rear end to a more agressive civic.
Will post pics soon.
