Really? And you don't have any scratches on ur car?...
I have noticed some the other day after I wash my car...like light scartches, I think I can get rid of those if I wax it......

but I am scared I will do something wrong..coz I never wax my car before...maybe I will wax my van first to try it out...
I guess I will just follow the instruction at the back fo the bottle..

In the summer I wax my car once every 3-4 weeks.
I use Mothers® Ultimate Wax System®
CALIFORNIA GOLD® PRE-WAX CLEANER – PHASE 1
CALIFORNIA GOLD® SEALER AND GLAZE – PHASE 2
CALIFORNIA GOLD® NATURAL FORMULA PURE CARNAUBA WAX – PHASE 3
Its comes in a liquid form so its pretty easier to use and the results are so awesome!!! My car is black so I have to keep it clean all the time. Check out my ride and you'll see what I'm talking about. I took those pics with a non-digital camera and scanned them in, but you can still see how shiny it comes. I would go as far to say it was much, much, much more shinnier than when I picked it up from the dealership.
Follow the directions on the bottle and you'll be fine!!!! Damn, now I want to wax.
EDIT: It smells like butterscotch when its all done...mmmm
Btw, set aside 1 hour per coat - 3 hours total.

i use the wax machine, i used to use liquid wax but changed to past wax yesterday, the way i do it is i wax the car with the wax machine, do not hestitate to use more wax, than clean it with a 100% cotton than thats it, it think waxing the car ones a month is good enough since i have a black car, but for other lighter colour u dont have to wax it that much since black is so much easier to get squrl mark and dirty, as for the polish and stratch remover stuff u dont have to do it that much maybe once 2-3 months
1) wash car
2) dry it up
3) apply wax to wax machine and wax the sucker up real good (do not do it under sunlight)
4) clean off the wax (dont let the wax stay too long other wise its a pain to get it off)
i suggest use wax machine, its so much easier and so much more effective than using cloth
rain dance wax is on sale in can tire 2.99 original 6.99, and this wax is pretty good (i got paste wax)

But u wont regret it though. Before when i washed my car, it will get dirty before i even get off the driveway. Now i just use a duster to clean it in the morning

I think you guys are waxing way to often. A good coat of wax should last your car 6 months before you need to reapply it again. If you do it more frequent then that, it's just a waste of time and a waste of wax.
Hachiman's got the idea. Just use some detail spray after every wash and you should be fine.

thanks for the info guys..I think I will have my wax my civic for the first itme this weekend..
another thing is..I notice some scratches on my car....like..I mean really light ones......like they are not white coloured...(not the ones you get wehn someone scratch your car in the parking lot)..but like ..little and very lgiht ones..you can't notice them until you look are standing 3 inches away from my car.....
I needto buffer my car to get my paint smooth again right?....
Can someone educated me the difference between..Wax, Polish, and Buffer?...

Yah, I was thinking of getting a buffer, but which ones are good, and anything I have to watch when doing the buff? I heard if you don't buff properly you can wear out the clearcoat and damage the paint. :O
