I got one, in Burlington (Mississauga during the weekdays). They really aren't that expensive, I think I paid $20 for mine at crappy tire. I also have a hydralic jack and jack stands, handy for swapping wheels at my convienience.

All I saw were $70's, $80's ...

But I'm sure they sell ones for that much too.

Canadian tire lends specialized tools for free. go to your parts dept, and ask if they have one available. I personnaly never borrowed anything from can tire but I was told so by someone who did.
