tyc projectors fog up

I was wonder if anyone has any problems with ther tyc projector headlights. This is my second set I returned in a month. They fog up when it rains or if i wash my car. I was in an accident where they replaced front end parts. Do you think that could be the cause.Maybe something isn't sitting right. I don't think so because the housing is a sealed unit. Please help very frustrating!

i have heard a lot of people complain about that problem, i dont know if it would be smart to reseal it or not but i would try, it couldnt hurt. Do a search on it and i know you will find something

it's hard trying to reseal. you'd have to be perfect. try contacting tyc and ask them questions.

You have to clean them really well, then lay a seal in thegroove where the old seal was, let it dry and then add another layer to the rim..

Note: Make sure you DO NOT leave any gaps or all youe effort will be for not. If you have clamps I suggest using them to clamp the assembly together for drying.

see this is where i don't know anymore... i'm contemplating on if i should vent the air insde or not... cause 1 side foggs up. the other is perfectly mint.
