you can't really increase power without parts, but you can make sure what's in your car already isn't taking away the power... switch off your A/C, radio, amp, neons, headlight (if you have them on for some reason in the daytime, but obviously keep them on at night), cellphone charger, radar detector, etc...

Yes you can.. some good port work will add a few pnies and your not adding anything [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]..

Hmm... Well, everyone seems to have answered your question. The easiest and best thing to do is gonna be weight reduction like txtadik said. Take out your spare tire, back seat, passenger seat, turn off all the power (radio, radar detector), take off your hubcaps (lol), and...... you should be running 15's with some good tires that grip really well.......errr, I mean 16's. Oh, and if your running the quarter mile, make your CAI into a SRI for quicker power. I can't think of anything else....
