Good Price???/Good Setup???

I got offered a brand new Alpine MRD-M500 and MRV-F540 for 650. Is that a good price for those two? And if i got those would it sound nice if i ran two 12" Rockfords HX2's with the M-500?

That's a pretty good price. Where are u gettin it from? I was lookin to buy the MRD-M500.
