i'd suggest 18s...for some reason 18s look not too big on the civic...and plus ur getting a kit so its perfect. u can always switch bak to steelies if u are goin to the track

If you go with the Mugens, you have answered your own question because I'm pretty sure the MF10 is a 15" wheel and not available in the big sizes.

Volk has at least this many wheels that come standard in white:
**The GT series (GT-A, GT-C, GT-N & GT-P) come in 17 X 7 or 18 X 7.5
**Volk TE-37 same sizes as above
**The Gram Lights come in 16 X 7 or 17 X 7.5

Found some pics.
1st is an RX7 with gunmetal GT-C wheels - imagine your car with that style in white...

The other is the Volk TE-37

The Mugen MF-10's do come in a size of 15", 16" and 17" but they are 5-lug patterns. You could switch to a 5X114.3 pattern to make the wheels fit but its alot of work. The 17X8's cost $660 per wheel too. Mugen does offer an MF-8 in 4X100 but the biggest size is 16", I believe. In my opinion I would go with a 18X7.5 Volk Racing GT-N in white, it has a polished lip, it's light weight and very attractive.

For the Mugens:kingmotorsports.com

Here is a tiny pic of the Volk GT-N's in white from the Ray's site in Japan. Once again 666 is a man of taste and refinement for riding on Niche wheels and recommending Volk GT-N's
