Which amp is the best????

Which amp is the best????
ok, this will probably be my last question concerning an amp to power my JL XR650 component set. I need a decent amplifier that will make my speakers sound good with my JL Audio 12w3/Alpine M300 amp. I just need them to be loud. I am going to choose from the two following amplifiers:
Alpine MRV-T420 V-12 SeriesInfo
or
Hifonics Z4000 Zeus SeriesInfo
The hifonics is about 10 watts less than the alpine, but alot cheaper, which I am thinking of going for. If there is a big difference in sound quality between these two amps and you all think I should go with the more expensive alpine, then I will. Just wanted to get you alls final opinion on which of the two amplifiers I should get. Thanks for all your help.
