Is it possible to Re-Finish My Lower Grille

Whats up, i got the Lower grille for my car made by Grille Craft. I have only had it a Year and i guess from all the rocks and $hit on the road bouceing off of it, the stainless steel finish has started chip off in some places. And then from the rain and snow, a yellow rusty tint has been left on the grille in some places. Is there any fix, or way to re-finsh the grille so it looks new again? I'm not a painting expert, but i guess you could sand it and spray paint it again. Then apply a thick *** layer of clear coat.

Or better yet, take it to a body shop and have them repaint it!
