breaking in amp and sub?

breaking in amp and sub?
is there such thing as a break-in period for subwoofers and amplifiers? any input would be appreciated. thanks!

For subwoofers yes...for amplifiers no...

And your subs break in everytime you use them. From the time they first start moving untill the time they "warm up" through use depending on the weather can change their sound a fair bit.

I was told that the subsonic is what breaks in your subwoofer.
