downpipe, exhaust set-up

has anyone purchased one of these downpipes off of e-bay?
Link
i was just wondering if it has the o2 sensors in the same places as on the stock downpipe and cat (two sensors on the downpipe/cat, right?). also, do you think the converter covers will fit over it (should pass inspection if they think it has a cat)?

by the way, how does this set-up sound: aem cai, dc sports s.s. header, 2.5" downpipe, greddy evo cat-back exhaust (2.5-2.75" piping), ecg o2 simulator.
are there any disadvantages to this set-up?

CapYoda has a spectacular aura aboutCapYoda has a spectacular aura about
that downpipe has all the o2 sensor where it should be.. before and after the cat.

so thats a good thing.

the setup u wanted is fine... although I wouldn't get the dc header unless u can get it for cheap. overpriced for 1 hp

the downpipe should cost cheaper... but they dont seem like they want to lower the price....
