im sorry but you seem like you are not going to have a clue on how to do this. Obviously you have to take out your stock head unit and connect new wires. Go buy a dash kit and a wiring harness. You connect the wiring harness to the wiring harness of the new cd player and it connects directly to the factory plug. The wiring harness you buy should label each wire by color and just match them with the wires on the other harness. Not to hard. If you have doubts just get it done professionally.

Good idea about the wire harness. It also allows you to switch back to the stock unit without having to cut/connect any wires. Anyways I didn't buy the harness. you can save some money.. I just cut the harness connector off and connected my new cdplayer wires to them.
I got this from the instructions.. i hope this helps the newbies

white/green = 12v constant
red/black = +12v illumination
blue/green = lf+
red/green = rf+
blue/yellow = lr+
red/yellow = rr+
white/red = +12 ignition switch
black = +12 chassis ground
red = +12v variable dimmer
gray/black = lf-
brown/black = rf-
gray/white = lr-
brown/white = rr-
