Switched Ignition power wire

What is a power good wire to tap off of when the car is switched on with the key but has no power when the car is not on?

You need some kind of punctuation in there... it's hard to understand what you want....
If you want something that is on when the key is on (and the car is not), but there is no power when the car is off, use the lighter. The Yellow/green stripe wire is 12V.

ohmysac is an unknown quantity at this point
there's a power source in the fusebox under the steering wheel...i discovered it installing my trunk popper...its one of those spots where it looks like something plugs into...could just use one of those insulated small blade connectors...get your tester out

Yeah, I keep blowing the 15 amp fuse right there UGH!

Hey i needed a place to wire my amp turn on wire, im using factory cd player.....I tried the cigerette lighter but i keep blowing a fuse...so i just hooked it up to the battery and im using a switch.........So the wire in the fuse box is the best place?
