Neuspeed Says NO Front lower tie bar yet

OK..first I want to say Hello and thank everyone for all the great advice I have gotten from the forums. So here is my story. I have searched the forums and found many references to the Neuspeed front lower tie bar. I go to Neuspeeds site, and it says it's still in development. SOOO... I e-mail Neuspeed with this message

"I was looking at your web page for parts for my 02 civic. It says that your lower tie bars are still in development. I have seen neuspeed lower front tie bars for sale on many sites and wanted to make sure these are genuine neuspeed parts before placing my order. I am interested in your front lower and front upper tie bars. Could you please let me know if these are genuine or not so I can order them.

Thank you for your help and time,

and this is the response I got

"Hello,
The front upper tie bar is available. However, the front lower tie bar is in production and will be released in about 2 weeks. This will fit all 2002-up Civics and RSX. For product information, ordering procedures, or a dealer near you, please feel free to give our sales staff a call at (800)423-3623 or (805)388-7171 or you may fax them at (805)388-0030. Thank you for your inquiry!

Best regards,
Danny

So now I'm curious about where these neuspeed strut bars are from. I was going to order the one on tornactives site but now I am second guessing. Maybe they get them before they are listed? Any thoughts?

They are out, just on back-order for more R&D (Research & Development)

I should have some in stock in 10-12 days

Thanks
