strange sound from front passenger side

strange sound from front passenger side
today as i was driving on the highway, i noticed some sort of squeaking sound from the front passenger side everytime i steer a little to the right. kinda sounds like the wheel is rubbing against something but its impossible cuz my wheels are stock 14s. i heard alot about the front suspension and struts crapping out. i was wondering if this is the same problem or not? i am planning to print out the TSB and bring it into the dealer. also, this sound only appears when i go above 60. anything less and there is no sound at all. any ideas? should i be concerned for my safety?
