My Rich School

I go to a public high school in a relatively well-off suburb in Knoxville. I was walking to my car today and check out some of the cars I noticed in the lots.

Student Lot:
BMW M3
350Z
Tiburon V6
3000 GT (two of them)
Trans Am (The nice newer ones)
VTEC Preludes
Protege 5
RX-7
Lots of Camaros and Beamers.
A couple 7th's

Teacher Lot:
Carrera
Boxsters (Two)
Corvette (Two or Three)
Audi TT
Carolla Type-S
7th Gen LX coupe

What do you guys see when you stroll through your parking lots?

LOL thats nuthing. Back when i was in HS the parking lot looked like an auto show. My friend who still goes there said this year 3 kids got 2002 M3's for their 1st car. One of the girls i hang out with drives and Escalade with 22's and a 10k entertainment system. More BMW's, Merc's, and Lex's then you could shake a stick at. Anybody remember the cult mass suicide in San Diego? The one in the huge mansion? ($3+ Million houses) All the kids from that area went to my school. Talk about bling bling.

Pleeeze...you guys have no idea...where I went to school, my best friend had the most pimpin ride out there...a Riviera by Buick...yeah that's right! And the sound system? The last model year that cars were offered with an 8-track. That's right, I said an 8-track. lol - we went cruising to pink floyd and kiss and some others baby!

One day we were making a right turn and we heard some kind of clicking. So we pull into a side street and we go check it out. There was some kind of odd metal piece sticking out of the wheelwell on the driver's side wheel. So I give it a little tug and this rod pops off...so throw it in the trunk and continue on to taco bell. We find out later that it was his parking brake that I just ripped off lol

The only other pimpin ride was my friend's conversion van with the TV in the back...that thing was sweet, loaded with Super Nintendo wh00t wh00t!

Yeah, our school didn't have fast cars at all...unless you count the principle's Subaru SVX and his winter car, the mx-6

Oh the crap we used to do to that poor Buick...we got her airborne one night coming over a set of railroad tracks...And the time we stuffed one of our friends into the trunk because we couldn't fit everyone lol - we kept on making hard right and lefts, and all we'd here from the back was "OW (*&^*&^#*$&#*&#^%$ stop please!"

Yes, and I didn't have shoes either...I used hefty bags (you know, with the drawstrings for laces)...it was just a pain when it was icy - I'd slip all over the freakin place

I didn't really grow up in a bad area, just cars weren't the focus. Anyone that knows Ward Melville on Long Island knows what I mean tho...

my school is pretty average, lots of beaters lol...but there are a few nice cars, we have 2 supras, one a 95 and the other a 97, the 95 is a twin turbo with a jdm motor, veilside kit custom paint and interior, but he just totalled it last week, and the other one is just a stock supra....there are the usual, civics that have some work, a couple coupes and a hatch, theres a pretty nice integra there, a v6 cougar, a few stealths, and some people would consider my prelude a pretty nice car in the lot. there is also a teacher that has a very nice blue gsr, damn thing looks like its washed every day.......theres also a lot of rustangs at my school

sounds like my old highschool
yeah our filled with everything. my boy had the pimpest ride though. you all will laugh, he had 51 chevy with all the original parts. it was so sick, i loved that car. he rebuilt it all himself with his dad. now that was the pimpest ride in the lot, and he wasnt a popular kid he was kinda nerdy. everyone turned their heads, it was like this badass mobster car. he only rode it on occasion, since it his was his prize possesion. he was into oldschool antique rides. otherwise we had plenty of bimmers, benzs, and porches. but every kid had an suv. chicago catholic suburban kids loved suvs. im tlaking about rovers, expeditions, navis, xterras, jeep (oh they loves ranglers), and escalades. i was one of they very few who was poor and lived in the city (chicago), my first car was a mercury topaz! but they drived like bats outta hell, they didnt give two ***** about getting into accidents.

omg am i glad to get out of that highschool! spoiled rich kids

During the winter at the school I got to it's not that bad cuz everyone has theyre cars in storage. But once spring comes there are a couple nices rides my friend john has an escalade on 22's with toyo proxes, there are a couple nice tegs one with turbo and dual exhaust and some nice 99-00 SiR=Si us. An accord with a nice kit low and 19" RH on it too. Lots of maximas and I think I saw a g35 coupe when I was paying fees last week. The nicest car there has to be the Dinan 5 owned by some chick that came to our school from europe and she is damn fine too. No M series though. There are also not that many 7th gens so mine sticks out there are only 2 both eternal blue though

Oh yeah, I forgot to add this. Rebuild '67 Stang bullitt style. My friend drives it and it's sweeeet. I'm anti-mustangs, but this thing is just beautiful... On bad weather days where the RWD stang isn't the choice drive, then he drives a 96 Impala SS quassi with a 370-something vette engine. I tried to pace him once and I got smoked. Maybe 10 car lengths in 1/8th of a mile.

lol well at my high school last year the senior lot was full of Fords and a few Civics and such. There were several Lifted Rangers with the offroad tires and SKIN Stickers. If it wasnt a lifted ranger it was a lifted F150 or lifted Chevy Truck, lifted Tacoma, lifted Tundra, lifted Explorers, lifted expeditions. I guess thats what you expect to find in El Cajon when alot of people like to gotothe desert and ****. Some of friends are still in HS so mostly same kinda cars now. Ive seen a few civics but still the lifted trucks with SKIN stickers all over them are EVERYWHERE. Around "the box" at night is when the RICERS come out. usually you can find them at the mall either cruising or showing off their cars. Or you can find them cruising through the boardwalk and the bowling alley parking lots. When my friend Dan has his car out in the parking lot, he just starts it up and revs it a few times or he just opens the hood and stands by the car.

Just the other day I saw some High School kid pull into his driveway in a Red Prelude. I go by him and i put my auto in Neutral and rev it 3 times. haha he looked at me and i just laughed at his ***. I came back down that street about 20-30 minutes later and this guy was outside cleaning the hood of his car. I revved on him again. I wonder what happened to his baby blue car? I dont think it was the same baby blue integra I saw that was checking out my car and then decided to show off how fast his Baby blue teg with the roxy sticker on the back windshield could go. At one of the lights he revved on me and i revved back but i just let him go take off like a madman. A week ago I saw the baby blue teg and this chick was driving it. ya. anyways that was probably a lil off the topic but umm its just a good read or something.

Well my old school in Mequon,WI (I moved), had a kid who had 2 cars, a Hummer H2, a Ferrari Fsomething and drove some of his parents cars to school. A lot of new Civics (probably 50 in the lot out of 500 cars), a BMW M5 but the parents cars are what sets it apart, Benz CLK, Benz E series AMG, BMW M3, Ferrari F1 Modena and the one that takes the cake, a new Aston Martin V12 Vanquish.

Ahhhh...Ryz Rocket is from the West side of town but my son, SpoonFedEG, goes to the farmboy side where you either have a jacked-up truck, amurican rice (SaturnCavalierEscort), or small number of decent imports. Nothing could get you more than $10,000 trade-in value at the Mercedes dealer

Oh, I forgot one other thing, there is a kid who may be a member here, who goes to Homestead in Mequon that has a 2000 Civic EX Coupe and he got air intake, cat back exhaust, $2,000 wheels, tinted windows, full ground effects, rear wing, subs, an amp, and clear tail lights, his parents paid for EVERYTHING! I wish I had parents like that, but what is even worse is that he didnt like how "slow" his civic was, so he got an Integra 91 (why 91? is there anything special about a 91?), tinted the windows, got ground effects, a cat back exhaust, cold air intake, and new expensive *** wheels (maybe more too). Hows that for rich/spoiled? And Honda S2000 how do you know of Mequon?
