kinda late posting this........

Ok, so Friday night I went to the track with some friends, one of whom has a '99 Si coupe(I/H/E) and is a member of Club Si...........we got there and immediately he asks me if I want to race.......so I say "ok - I'll lose, but whatever". Anyway the light turns green and I get the best launch I've ever had, and i pull out a carlength in front before he starts to pull closer. Shift to second, and he gains about half a carlength on me, I shifted to third and suddenly pulled on him(turns out he misshifted). By the time he got in gear I was a couple lengths ahead of him and it was over. Anyway:

Me: 16.413
Si: 16.627

Anyway, I just thought that was pretty decent for an LX with only CAI, and i had a lot of fun talking **** to the Si owner afterwards.

Toretto, there is nothing wrong with his story. Sometimes people run bad times, even off of what their car should run. Yeah, it's not likely a lightly modded 6th gen would run that time, but then again, there are some crappy drivers or even people who have crappy runs.

lay off him. i won't stand for this kind of flaming in this forum from anyone.
