cleared headlight problems
ok i cleared my headlights back in september and its been fog, leak, and water free since now. its been raining and snowing for the past few weeks and my driverside headlight got some moisture in it. i left it alone for 2 weeks then it pissed me off so i took off my bumper and opened up the headlight and wiped it dry. i sealed it 2 times with clear silicone sealant and later taht night when i drove the civic condensation got into the headlight again!!!!!!!! i am sooooo pissed!!! its soo freakin cold outside and the winds was blowing when i fixed it this morning! and now its doing it again!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AS TO WHERE THE LEAK MAY BE??? OR HAS ANY OTHER INFORMATION TO HELP ME OUT??

hears a trick, take it out and try to get all the mositure out and go aournd the edges where you sealed it up and just blow on it with hot breath and when you get condinsation inside the headlight you will know where it is not sealed.

Take the bulbs out and stick a blowdryer near it for about 15min or so- worked for me
Had to do it more than once though.

this is kinda a bit OT...but since you took them apart after sealing them w/ sillicone...how the HELL did you take them apart the second time? will the oven trick still work with sillicone? cause its not really the same type of sealant as the factory goo...like it doesnt seem like it will soften when heated. so i dont know.
i need help!!!!! can anyone help me w/ this?
