can one car be the flow of traffic?
hypothetically speaking... if there was no cars on the road for miles.. could i getaway with this statement if i did 130?

Rep Power: 374 uhhh no, thats about the stupidest question i have ever heard; most of the time if you were going with the flow of traffic will get you a traffic citationin my jurisdiction cause you just pretty much admitted you were speeding. lol but uhh no dont do 130 mph.

well then the communist bastards at the oceanside/vista DMV here in crappy cali jipped me....i still passed, but i missed the number that you can miss and still pass. (i think it was 7) maybe that could be why i have so many accidents...cuz i didn't study
