new goldline springs installed *pics*
hopefully this will help out those of you thinking about getting the new goldline springs. ride quality is decent and the drop is pretty even. however, the rear is slightly higher than the front but it's not that noticable.

My goldlines just came yesterday. Did you notice on the paper that it came with said on a 2001 civic w/ goldlines has a 1.25" drop?? Just a little curious about that. Nice ride by the way.

thanks brent. i think on the paper it says that you may have to cut the bump stops by 1.25". just goto the website and match up the part number and you'll see that it's 1.75".

Niiice.. and clean to!
About the ride quality being decent, decent in what respect? Is it close to stock, bouncier or rougher?
I like the stance of that drop. I'm considering these as my spring choice, thanks for the pics and info.

thanks bro . The ride is comparable to stock. However, you'll notice the ride to be harsher and bumpier on bad roads. But as far as driving on normal roads and freeways, my friends can't even tell the difference.

sup all.. thanks for all the positive comments. i just need to get a spoiler now and some rims . as far as costs go, the springs were $130 from tornactive and i got them installed locally at $80. keep in mind that i'm also planning to get a camber kit ($140 + install and alignment).
I knew that the new coupe springs wouldn't be perfect from front to rear. People complained about the drop of the original coupe springs cuz the rear looked saggy, now the rear is too high, lol. Give it a week or so, the rear may settle. I got the sedan springs on my coupe and I think it's pretty perfect. It gives a more even look to it. If you're unhappy, call gold line and tell them you want sedan springs.

Yeah, when i got my goldlines installed it took about 5 days for it to really settle. It'll help it settle a little quicker if you have a full tank to put a little extra weight on the back. Seeing your ride with goldlines has 99% convinced me to the get the oem kit. Just get some rims and you'll have a hella clean ride.
Props to you bro.

ya i give praise to goldline for listening to us and releasing new coupe springs but... not sure why they just didnt make the sedan springs, coupe springs... everyone with a coupe were happy with how the sedan springs dropped their car.. seems like the new coupe springs should be the sedan springs and the sedan springs should be the coupe springs..
I love everything about gold line ...the springs and the customer service!!! HEy buddy by the way your ride is looking nice and clean!!!!!
I received my new designed coupe springs by the mail the other week...I just wait for the snow to go off...in a month or so...and install them...by the way gold line don't have to be compressed to be installed... just have to press with hand and it's ok...yeah...no kidding..I had the tool to compress springs but never used it when installing my springs so anyone can install their own gold line springs on their 7th gen civic by their own. It took me 2h to take off old one and to put on new gold line springs the hardest thing is to reach the bolt in the trunk...

adding to greatcasa's post, do you think I would have problems with my 17's with 45 series tires, I know I should have 40 series tires, but when I bought my rims I didn't want my ride to get too bad. I too have a sedan with eibach pro-kit on it now and the rear sags, the ride is great but it I hate the difference i the wheel gap
looking good dude, seeing those pictures are making me visibly excited to install my goldlines! its nice to see a before and after picture, they closed the wheel gap real nice, gives the car a more aggressive stance and look.
