bad customer service everywhere...

bad customer service everywhere...
just venting... damn everywhere i go i get badd customer service... not sure if its cause i dress baggy, or if its cause i'm young or if its cause i'm asian but i always tend to get real badd customer service, especially from car places...
1) yesterday i was at big 5 buying boots + binding, i paid with a check, gave them my ID... but then she says 'oh let me get my manager to verify it'. i mean come on now what the f**k, the lady infront of me paid with a check and you let her go just like that. now you need a supervisor to check mine? it had my name and address... you already wrote down my phone number, b-day and driver license, what more do you f**kin need...
2) i went to go get an oil change.. i had a coupon for $10 for 5-30 oil... he said i needed 5-20 oil so its going to be $20 more. what the f**k.. since when did 5-20 cost more? that **** wasnt even synthetic... i was going to just tell them to put 5-30 but i said f**k you and left..
3) going to magic, my friend and i got a flat tire... we goto a tire shop.. tell him we need a new tire... says hold on, goes to the back, then we see him leaving with someone... what the f**k.. if you werent going to help us, why'd you ask if we needed anything
4) took my car to get my springs installed.. they didnt even know how to do it... you call yourselves a f**kin shop? and to top it off you make a promise you cant keep.. its like lil f**kin kids that dont know **** running the shop..
5) i went to go get my system... i paid $250 down payment. went to go pick it up the next day when it was supposed to come.. wasnt there.. they said come back in 3 hours, wasnt there... next day same thing.. 3 hours later same thing... come on now... you tell me to keep coming back at a certain time and you dont even have it.. wasting my f**kin time when i had work too.. why didnt you just tell me to come back in a week instead of saying in 3 hours... and to top it off, i asked for my money back n they wrote me up a check when i paid cash... so i was like naw i want cash... he calls me in his office and i'm like man thats f**ked up... he said dont cuss so i was like alright fine.. next thing you know he's cussing me out.
i'm sure i have a whole lot more but these are just a few i can remember right now... it seems like there arent much more honest people in the world today.. where has customer service gone.. my mom owned a shop and i was taught with the customers always right(well most of the time).
i do have to say one person has made a very big impression tho... Jessica at Claim Jumpers in northridge.. she was the best waiter.. very nice, very polite. even that's an understatement... she was just genuinely kind to us, and she wasnt 'just being nice'. here you have 4 ghetto *** kids in a fairly nice resteraunt, usually we get f**ked up service but she was very koo. so ya if you ever go there, try to get her [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG].
but ya just wanted to vent cause i'm tired of gettin treated like **** everywhere i go...

They look at me like if I stole the money or something, they think a young guy like me cant make good money!! I hate it cause they judge me when they have Crappy Jobs getting $6 an hour!!! Rep Power: 417 yup.. people always think about blacks getting discriminated, what about the hispanics and asians... but ya dont really want this to make it a thread about racism cause i cant really say if it was cause i was asian(although i do think the time in valencia had something to do with it). i just know that if i was someone else, i wouldnt be getting treated this way. i dont know whether i should say something or just shut the f**k up and live with it. i think i should have asked that lady at big 5 yesterday tho... its a f**ked up world out there. especially when it involves cars, its a real shady business...

You did the right thing by leaving the store. That's what they get for bad service. 
People are actually nicer on this side of "LA" (close to OC border). Anyway, i'm gonna shut up before someone flames me for no reason.
