I beleieve anything darker than 35% on your front windoes is not tolerated anything more than 50% is illegal but tolerated on the front windows..
The rear I beleive you can tint as dark as you damn well please

35% is the legal limit for the front windows, and you can go as dark as you like in the back...mohawk is right!

Rep Power: 0 You can tint your car with colored tints except the front windshield and the driver side window which looks pretty ugly IMO so that's why not alot of people do it now a days.
