not sure if they hold much valuable info on places.. search and i'm sure you could find more. i should lock this but, i'm a lil more lenient with you socal people...
i got mine done for $70 at speedvision in glendale.
alot of places charge 80-120. dont pay anymore then 100. plenty of shops do it for under 100. f1 motorport does it for 100, some body shop in van nuys for 80, ohc for 80

i actually got my springs done there(springs/sleeved coilovers, same install). i've heard they charge 80 now tho. if they ask for 80, tell them your friend got it done for 70 there and maybe i'll do it for 70 or atleast 75.
they did an ok job, i think they lost a couple of ball bearings cause i saw him looking for it around the floor... my springs make noises but its cause my stock springs didnt come with the spring isolators. it wasnt the best job but it was a decent job. atleast they had an idea of what they were doing compared to the other shop i took it to.

maybe try to DIY? its not that hard. i only took it to a shop cause i was tired of looking at it after trying 3 times. but then at that time, there was no one on this board that could help and all the instructions werent too clear.

ya its fairly easy, just time consuming. as long as you know what your supposed to do and have the right tools, it should be easy. make sure you have a friend to help you out. if you need any help, feel free to message me. also make sure to read my detailed springs diy, found in the suspension forum.
