I have Neuspeed Race springs too...but I can't post them to this message since I have no place to host them. I'm happy with them,
look good to me so far. Did yours lower/settle? How much?

what size tires do you have? looking at the gap it looks like you have sports but by looking at the overall height it looks like race. just making sure, race are the yellow springs.
oh and to post pics, click on the "attach files" button to upload onto this server

Doesn't look lower than my sports to me. I have a nbp car too and I think it's hard to take good pictures of a black car for things of this nature. I'd take a pic with the car in the sun straight on from the side.

Oh, I forgot to ask, mitch, are your springs noisy? Mine are over bumps (even small ones) and it's kind of annoying. It was
ok at first, didn't bother me, but now it does. I read about the sports being noisy, but not the race.

If you have that "hopping clatter" noise in the front or rear, you can try "spring isolator" tubing. In the front I noticed that it helps some to install the springs with the writing on the spring upside down when it is sitting in the strut perch and held upright.... do you know what I mean? I installed Neuspeed "race" springs on my friends RSX type S a couple weeks ago and that is how I did his. With all the springs installed with the writing upside down and with spring isolator tubing in the front and back. His rear springs came with the tubing already so I reused that, and for the front I used some yellow vacuum tubing. If you don't know, you just put the tubing off set from each other on the "dead coils"--- so the coils that are closest to each other. I hope you know what I am saying? Some day I will take mine apart and change it in this way to eliminate the "hopping clatter noise."

iight later, Mitch!

My question is how much do the Race Springs improve your handling?
Better struts would help i'm sure, any suggestions on what to add?

lowering your car in general should help improve handling..
stiffer springs reduce body roll, also lowering lowers the center of gravity which helps handling.

I have like a 1 finger gap in front and about 2 in the back. Tight!

Do the Neuspeed Sport springs have the "knocking" problem? Is it something that can be fixed? Still deciding between them and the Pro-Kit which I have not read has any noise problems. Daily driver so I do not want to slam the car at all.

basically any noise is tracked back to installation... any springs can make noises.. reason why you dont hear it as much for the prokit is not too many people have the prokit. many many people have neuspeeds.
