If the impact is not in the correct angle spec, then the airbag will not deploy. Looked like an offset collision. . . and sometimes it's safer for the driver if the bag doesn't go off.

About the same thing happen to my 2k1 as the black civic 7thgen it depends on the angle as someone said, i hit a lampost and the airbag sensor is right next to the front frame around there and I missed it as well saved 1,000 for replacement too bad for the rest at least its fixed now

Yeah, the kid died 2 hours later. He was in really bad shape. Witnesses said that he was street racing againest a black mustang. That night some people broke into the garage the vic was being held and stripped every single mod off of it. Lucky for the kid he didn't have to witness that
*Edit* Oh yeah, sorry for not posting it the way KRAZYDRAGON did, im stil a newb to this site and didnt know how to

I almost hate looking at pictures like this because it is soo depressing. But i think it is good to so that i remember how cautious i should be when im driving in any situation. Alot of those pictures look like the conditions when the crash occured were snowy. So sad to see this kind of stuff, and even worse when you know the person, or have any connection.
